An established games publisher with a European office in the Netherlands seeks 2 Bi-Lingual Project Managers to manage a portfolio of mobile games.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Directly communicate with game developers to conduct pre-production analysis and provide support in meeting game development objectives, including but not limited to trend analysis, contents management, roadmap planning, marketing strategies, engineering, localization, quality assurance, and monetization
• Gather and analyse current industry titles and identify its key factors that contribute to the successful project
• Participate in game development stages and propose solutions to localize and add values to the titles to succeed
• Coordinate activities with various teams(internal/external/overseas) to meet the objectives of live operations targets
• Continuously analyse live operations key metrics and user feedback to derive insights on user trends and behaviour
• Propose solutions to improve all aspects of the game quality and to maintain long term success of such published games

• Bi-Lingual in English and Korean (Verbal and written)
• Passion for games of all types, especially for Mobile games
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience(s)
• At minimum 3 years of work experience in a gaming production management
• Ability to prioritize projects to meet due dates
• Excellent analytical skills
